Electronic Medical Record & Hospital Information System Trainer

About the role

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Hospital Information System Trainer will educate healthcare professionals on the effective use of electronic health record platforms. You will keep staff up‑to‑date as systems evolve, ensuring data quality and supporting better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands‑on training sessions on EMR and hospital information systems.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Assess trainees’ competency and provide follow‑up coaching.
• Update training content to reflect system upgrades and new functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to identify training needs.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in health information management, public health, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
