Health Informatics Training Officer

About the role

As a Health Informatics Training Officer at PT Daya Medika Pratama, you will ensure clients receive comprehensive training and up‑to‑date documentation for the company’s Hospital Information System, especially the Electronic Medical Record solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training curricula, materials and methodologies tailored to client and internal staff needs for the Hospital Information System.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on the Electronic Medical Record solution and related products.
• Create, maintain and improve user manuals, guides and online resources in line with healthcare IT standards.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, accommodating healthcare professionals’ availability.
• Ensure training content and documentation are accurate, current and meet quality standards.
• Collect and analyse feedback to continuously enhance training programs and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to incorporate system updates into training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Health Informatics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with strong documentation and scheduling background.
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT standards, Electronic Medical Record systems and hospital information systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using documentation software.
