Senior Oncology Product Specialist – Semarang

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist, Oncology will drive sales performance and deliver excellent service to healthcare accounts in Semarang and across Indonesia. You will develop hospital programs, conduct impactful presentations, and mentor junior specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to key accounts.
• Develop and execute hospital programs and mini‑symposia in collaboration with Marketing, KAM, and BPM.
• Conduct presentations and in‑depth discussions with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance loyalty.
• Support sales team capability‑building initiatives together with Learning & Development.
• Plan and manage customer visit schedules and prepare activity and performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Leadership capability to mentor junior specialists.

• Data analysis using tools such as pivot tables.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Use of trackers and dashboards for performance monitoring.
