Medical & Scientific Affairs Graduate Internship

About the role

The Graduate Medical & Scientific Affairs Intern will support MSD’s GMSA Indonesia team by gathering scientific evidence, developing medical content, and providing operational assistance. This role offers exposure to pharmaceutical medical affairs through projects in scientific communication, medical education, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured literature reviews and evidence searches using scientific databases.
• Develop scientific summaries, evidence decks, disease‑state overviews and medical briefing materials.
• Monitor internal and external pipeline developments and produce landscape assessments of emerging therapies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and Clinical Research teams on strategic projects.
• Support planning and execution of internal medical meetings, educational programs and scientific events, including preparation of materials and post‑event reports.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with MD, PharmD, or a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science or related field.
• Strong academic record (GPA) and experience in scientific research or literature reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
