School Nurse – Full-Time

About the role

Green School Bali is seeking a compassionate and proactive School Nurse to deliver high‑quality health care to students, staff and visitors. The role combines direct nursing care, emergency response and support for the school’s health and safety programmes in a multicultural, sustainability‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing and first‑aid services, treat minor injuries and illnesses, manage the first‑aid room and medical supplies, and deliver basic health training to the school community.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, coordinate with external health providers, and maintain emergency‑plan documentation and first‑aid kits across the campus.
• Support health, safety and wellbeing initiatives (SMK3), including medical equipment maintenance, inventory management, and collaboration with staff to ensure effective health services.

Required profile

• Experience in pediatric or school‑based health care is an advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with a valid Indonesian nursing licence.
• Compassionate, proactive, ethical, with strong judgement, teamwork and communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
