Warranty Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Warranty Officer to join Bosch Group in South Jakarta. The role involves managing customer warranty claims, ensuring accurate processing, and supporting continuous improvement of product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review, screen and verify warranty claim forms and supporting documents.
• Enter claim data into the warranty management system accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with sales teams and customers to handle and resolve warranty claims.
• Monitor claim status, follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
• Analyse claim trends and provide recommendations to reduce claim rates.
• Prepare regular warranty claim reports and maintain documentation.
• Support implementation and improvement of warranty processes.
• Conduct customer or site visits when required to investigate issues.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warranty handling, customer service or after‑sales.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel for customer or site visits.
