Enterprise & Solution Architect

About the role

INDICO, the digital company of the Telkomsel Group, develops and scales digital platforms beyond core connectivity, covering customer engagement, transactions, loyalty, commerce and data intelligence. It is looking for an Enterprise & Solution Architect based in South Jakarta to define and govern the architecture of its digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint, including business capability, application, technology and integration landscapes, and drive target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps.
• Define architecture principles and technology standards, and align architecture with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Lead architecture design for strategic and cross-functional initiatives, turning business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define solution architecture, service boundaries, APIs, integration patterns and non-functional requirements, and support engineering teams during implementation.
• Review major technical designs and ensure architectural consistency.
• Run the Architecture Review Board, own governance processes and decisions, maintain Architecture Decision Records, review technical risks and approve architecture exceptions.
• Build reusable reference architectures and define standards for APIs, integrations, cloud, security, observability and scalability.
• Mentor engineering teams and facilitate architecture workshops and design reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of solution architecture or enterprise architecture experience.

Required skills

• Experience with payment platforms, banking integrations, telco systems, API platforms, event-driven architecture, cloud-native architecture, DDD, TOGAF and ArchiMate/C4.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms and integration architectures.
