About the role
The Business Analyst will support insurance and banking projects, driving the full software development lifecycle and ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Make SDLC process
- Gather user requirements
- Analyze user requirements
- Create project documentation such as FSD, TSD, BRD, etc.
- Prepare and deliver highly effective reports
Required profile
- 1+ years experience as Business Analyst in Insurance/Banking
- Preferable experience in the Insurance or Banking industry
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving skills
Required skills
- Experience with Chatbot, AI, CRM, and Customer Care Salesforce
- Experience in creating project documentation
- Familiarity with SDLC
