Junior Salesforce / CRM Administrator

About the role

Eco Outdoor, an Australian-founded global brand of natural stone and architectural surfaces, is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Salesforce / CRM Administrator for its Technology team in Semarang. The role owns day-to-day administration of the Salesforce environment, including user setup, access, configuration, data quality and small enhancements, working closely with the Technology team and an external technology partner in Australia while supporting the local Indonesian team. It is a deliberate junior role focused on curiosity and craft rather than years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Salesforce administration: users, profiles, roles, permission sets, record types, objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, reports and dashboards
• Data hygiene: importing and exporting data, deduplication and clean-up in Salesforce and, with guidance, in NetSuite
• User support and training: triage support tickets, run short training sessions and write simple how-to guides
• Keep system documentation, SOPs and admin guides up to date
• Take part in UAT for Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes and small enhancements
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and operations teams
• Help the Semarang team with day-to-day IT issues when needed

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English, as you will work daily with the Australian team
• 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce experience in an admin, support, business analyst or consulting capacity; internships, capstone projects and self-study portfolios count
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or actively working towards it; the company funds the next certification once you are in the role
• Core CRM concepts such as lead-to-opportunity, sales stages, forecasting, accounts and contacts
• Interest in multi-system environments (CRM, ERP, website, middleware); no prior NetSuite or integration experience required
• Structured, detail-minded approach to data and configuration, with strong problem-solving and communication
• Familiarity with Agile or Kanban is a plus
• Eager to grow toward a senior Salesforce admin or consultant role in 2-3 years
