Electrical Technician (Leasing)

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Technician (Leasing) to join our maintenance team in Jakarta. The role focuses on ensuring that all electrical equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently, supporting both company operations and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on motors, wiring, control valves, and actuators.
• Ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production or affect the environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations, company protocols, and safety work permit procedures.
• Supervise external vendors when maintenance tasks are outsourced.
• Execute work orders according to SOPs and work instructions, maintaining high quality standards.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly, keeping the workshop organized and clean.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and replace spare parts according to standards.
• Document daily activities and close work permits in the system.

Required profile

• Diploma with 3–5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety.
