About the role
The company is looking for a skilled welder to carry out welding tasks required by various projects. The role involves operating welding equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring high‑quality work while following safety procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform welding/pengelasan according to project needs using SMAW, GTAW, and OAN processes.
- Cut, shape, and fabricate materials as required.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain welding equipment and related tools such as grinders.
- Maintain work quality and adhere to occupational safety and health (K3) procedures.
Required profile
- Male, maximum age 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D1 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of welding experience with ability to perform 3G welding.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and compliance with PPE and safety regulations.
Required skills
- SMAW welding process.
- GTAW welding process.
- OAN welding process.
- 3G welding capability.
- Operation of grinders and related tools.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
