Client Management – Retail Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Management professional to serve as the main point of contact for our retail Food & Beverage portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, understand their business challenges, and drive growth through strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for an assigned client portfolio, conducting regular virtual and in‑person meetings.
• Communicate client needs, goals, and feedback to internal teams such as Product, Sales, Operations, and Technical Support.
• Develop and present structured account plans, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and manage renewals and contract negotiations.
• Monitor service delivery quality, ensure compliance, and resolve escalations by coordinating internal resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in client/account management, sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the F&B, retail or supply‑chain distribution sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
