About the role

The Senior Specialist, Business Insights & Analytics is a strategic analytics partner supporting commercial, marketing and omnichannel decision‑making across priority therapeutic areas. The role translates complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape brand strategy, customer engagement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, providing fact‑based recommendations for marketing strategy, sales execution and omnichannel effectiveness.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reports, ensuring consistency and robustness across therapeutic areas.
• Leverage advanced analytics such as forecasting, segmentation and spend optimisation, partnering with data‑science teams to interpret predictive models.
• Identify and integrate new data sources, ensure data quality, governance and compliance with local and global policies.
• Champion responsible AI adoption, using AI tools to augment analysis, decision‑making and workflow productivity.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data analysis, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharma or healthcare.
• Commercial, marketing or sales support experience.
• Professional English for global collaboration; fluency in the local language is a plus.
