Regional Sales Manager Vaccines

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager Vaccines will lead the sales strategy, execution and team development for the vaccine portfolio across the region, based in Jakarta. The role collaborates closely with marketing, medical, market access and other cross‑functional partners while managing distributor relationships and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional vaccines sales strategy, annual plan and budget, aligning with business unit priorities.
• Lead execution of portfolio strategies, marketing programs, product launches and lifecycle priorities across districts.
• Manage relationships with key healthcare institutions, opinion leaders, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Coach and develop District Managers, fostering a high‑performance, accountable sales culture.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry codes and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, communication or a related field.
• Minimum six years of relevant commercial experience, including at least three years in a District Manager or comparable people‑leadership role.
• Pharmaceutical or vaccines experience preferred.
• Proven experience working with geographically dispersed teams, distributors and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using analytics tools for sales and market insights.
• Ability to generate and interpret reporting data.
