Area Sales Manager – Accessories (Jakarta)

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead the accessories business in the Jakarta area. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new distributors, retailers and modern retail partners in the assigned territory.
• Plan, track and follow up sales orders, forecast demand and manage account plans.
• Ensure timely payment and delivery, coordinating with internal sales administration.
• Maintain regular customer visits, support marketing push‑through activities and handle complaints promptly.
• Provide after‑sales support, warranty handling and product returns.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimise product distribution and with product marketing to develop the right product mix for the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• High drive, ambition, sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Residency in or near Jakarta and willingness to travel frequently.
