Senior Fraud Reviewer

About the role

Kredivo is looking for a Senior Fraud Reviewer to detect, prevent and mitigate fraudulent activity across its platform. Reporting to the Fraud Manager, you will review suspicious transactions, investigate high-risk merchants and Sales Promoters, assess new merchant registrations, handle account hack complaints and monitor social media for brand-related fraud. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud prevention and protect user trust.

Key responsibilities

• Review suspicious transactions and take timely, appropriate action to prevent financial losses.
• Investigate merchants and Sales Promoters flagged for suspicious behaviour or high-risk activity.
• Assess new merchant registrations for potential risk factors.
• Investigate account hack complaints reported by users.
• Monitor social media platforms for fraud related to the Kredivo brand and report and mitigate the risks.
• Maintain accurate records of fraud incidents and investigations and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud detection and prevention, and stay up to date on fraud trends and detection tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a fraud detection or investigation role.
• Experience in digital lending, digital banking and/or fintech is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; conversational English is a must.
• Highly motivated, proactive, collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
