Senior Finance & Accounting

About the role

A full-time Senior Finance & Accounting position based in Bali, with the option to work on site in Denpasar. The role covers day-to-day financial recording, cash and payroll administration, financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and handle petty cash, payroll and banking transactions, including vendor and operational payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements on time.
• Monitor cash flow, track operational expenses and implement cost control measures.
• Manage taxation, including calculation, reporting and payment in line with regulations.
• Oversee budget utilization and maintain complete financial documentation.
• Carry out financial analysis, coordinate with internal teams and support audit processes.
• Ensure all financial processes follow established SOPs and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proven experience with petty cash, payroll, internet banking, taxation and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate financial management.
• Experience with accounting systems and ability to use technology such as AI to support finance functions.
• Detail-oriented, honest and responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
• Based in Bali and/or willing to work on site in Denpasar.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including accounting formulas.
• Cost control and cost efficiency.
