Accounting & Finance Officer

About the role

A full-time Accounting & Finance Officer position based in Denpasar, Bali. The role covers recording financial transactions, maintaining financial records, supporting account reconciliation and assisting with audits.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and conduct audits to ensure compliance
• Input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date financial records
• Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable and monitor cash flow
• Support the accounting and purchasing teams with clerical duties such as filing, copying and organizing documents
• Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits and conduct audits and implement internal controls
• Prepare monthly tax reports
• Coordinate internal communications and meetings, and take part in special projects and ad-hoc analyses

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field (D3 in Accounting, D3 in Taxation, S1 in Accounting)
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, audit or taxation
• Willingness to be based in Denpasar, Bali

Required skills

• Understanding of accounting software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Teamwork and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
