Sales Manager - Stainless Steel

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Sales Manager for stainless steel and related steel products in Jakarta. The role drives sales growth by finding new business opportunities, approaching prospective customers and expanding market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, approach prospective customers and promote stainless steel and related steel products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to strengthen loyalty, generate repeat business and find more sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales plans, performance monitoring and targeted initiatives.
• Lead and support the sales team in reaching individual and team targets.
• Expand market coverage by developing new customers, market segments and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in stainless steel, steel, building materials or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new markets, acquire customers and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to be based in North Jakarta, with Monday to Saturday availability and mobility to visit customers as required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of stainless steel and steel-sheet products, preferably including Stainless Steel Plate, Galvalume, HRC, CRC, GI and GL.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills, able to manage both customers and a sales team.
