Customer Support Manager

About the role

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Manager (CSM) in Jakarta for its Managed & Support Services business in the South Asia sub-region. The CSM ensures customer focus and satisfaction while delivering Motorola's Lifecycle Service products, mainly through government contracts with local government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage government contracts and ensure successful delivery of service products to local government customers.
• Manage relationships with external partners who deliver service products to customers.
• Handle contract renewals, proposals, accurate forecasting, and development of Statements of Work.
• Meet P&L and receivables goals, including service billing and cost performance targets.
• Market sophisticated, integrated service programs across multiple levels of customer organisations and work closely with direct and indirect sales teams.
• Develop service account plans, profiles, goals and strategies, and build customer relationships that support service growth.

Required profile

• Ideally 8+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale programmes of work and team delivery.
• Experience delivering mission-critical radio communications projects and managing large, cross-cultural, multi-skilled teams.
• Previous divisional management experience and financial, commercial and budget management experience.
• Understanding of Asia Pacific cultural diversity and of services-led deals; highly credible with customers.
• Served long-term customers and is comfortable in a culture of respect and integrity.
• Executive presence, well-connected, and prior experience in the government sector.
• Comfortable in a multinational organisation with regular contact with international offices in Europe and the USA.
