HR Technology Specialist (HRIS)

About the role

Provide meticulous entry and management of confidential employee data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel‑related information, ensuring that HR and management have access to reliable data for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain reliable HR data with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize HRIS functionality and enhance system performance to support HR operations.
• Design and implement automated workflows and AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Leverage analytics, emerging technologies, and digital tools to deliver actionable workforce insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, IT/software development or automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, reporting, and HR processes.
• Experience developing automation solutions and digital workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, AI tools or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
