Tentang Posisi

Human Resource Development (HRD) bertanggung jawab mengelola seluruh fungsi SDM di perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen end-to-end.
  • Memantau proses rekrutmen dan menyelesaikan masalah terkait.
  • Menangani Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, BPJS, Payroll, Manajemen Kinerja, WLA, dan lainnya.
  • Mengelola aplikasi HRIS dan CRM.
  • Memperbarui peraturan perusahaan, kebijakan, dan prosedur sesuai peraturan pemerintah.
  • Menangani General Affairs termasuk pemeliharaan gedung, transportasi, aset, dan dokumen hukum.

Profil yang Dibutuhkan

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi atau Manajemen (SDM).
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang SDM.
  • Memahami alur kerja SDM: rekrutmen, pelatihan, BPJS, payroll, manajemen kinerja, WLA.
  • Pengetahuan tentang kebijakan dan prosedur SDM sesuai Undang‑Undang ketenagakerjaan.
  • Terbiasa mengolah data, membuat laporan, dan presentasi.
  • Terbiasa dengan aplikasi CRM dan HRIS.
  • Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
  • Penguasaan bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Domisili di sekitar Jakarta Barat lebih diutamakan.
