Manager, Center for Inclusive Growth

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a collaborative and driven Manager to lead the implementation and growth of its Center for Inclusive Growth portfolio in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, the role will oversee programs that promote small‑business growth, financial health, digital inclusion and economic resilience across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and management of the Center’s social impact portfolio in Indonesia, ensuring strategic alignment, effective delivery and measurable results.
• Manage flagship and global programs that help small businesses, women entrepreneurs, workers and underserved communities access finance, digital capabilities and ecosystem development.
• Collaborate with market teams, grantees and global program leads to share knowledge and strengthen cross‑market learning across Southeast Asia.
• Develop program strategies, implementation plans, budgets, milestones and performance metrics, and coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.
• Maintain strong governance, grant administration, risk management and reporting processes.
• Build and manage partnerships with government agencies, financial institutions, fintechs, development organisations and philanthropic partners to advance inclusive growth outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience managing cross‑functional programs, partnerships or projects in social impact, inclusive growth, sustainability, blended finance or international development.
• Proven ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with government, non‑profit organisations, financial institutions, development partners and community organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs end‑to‑end, balancing strategy, operations, financial oversight, risk management and execution.
