Business Development Executive

About the role

PT ARC Teknologi is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its client base and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to customers in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present marketing and budget proposals to potential customers.
• Lead negotiations and close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Monitor performance data and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and support decision‑making.
• Proven negotiation skills and relationship‑building capability.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
