Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Lesaffre Sari Nusa, an affiliate legal entity of the Lesaffre Group, is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in Malang. The role covers data analysis, process optimization, demand forecasting, inventory management and reporting, working with procurement, IT, operations, finance and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Data analysis: collect, analyze and interpret supply chain data such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, supplier performance and logistics metrics, and build reporting dashboards.
• Process optimization: evaluate current processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements in inventory, transportation and supplier management, and run cost-benefit analyses.
• Demand forecasting: develop and maintain forecasting models based on historical sales data and market trends.
• Project participation: join cross-functional projects such as system implementations, process re-engineering and new product launches, and contribute to project plans and timelines.
• Inventory management: analyze inventory levels, recommend inventory policies, safety stock levels and replenishment strategies.
• Reporting and communication: prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, and work with operations, finance and sales to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain and planning, or a related function.
• Self-initiative, problem-solving and results-driven attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Certification such as CSCA or CSCP, or a related supply chain certification.
