Procurement Officer

About the role

A Procurement Officer is needed at PT. Asia Digital Engineering Indonesia in Tangerang, Jakarta Raya, Indonesia. The role ensures that procurement and tools management follow company policy, quality standards and aviation compliance requirements, and keeps tools and materials available for base and line maintenance. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily purchasing: sourcing, negotiation, order processing and follow-up with vendors.
• Source, purchase or loan tools and general procurement items according to user needs.
• Benchmark prices and check that quotations meet company standards.
• Evaluate vendor qualifications against aviation authority requirements.
• Manage purchase orders through the ERP system and track order fulfilment, shipment and documentation.
• Verify airworthiness and calibration certificates before issuing tools.
• Maintain purchasing master data and KPI monitoring reports.
• Monitor vendor performance (quality, delivery accuracy, service level) and build professional relationships with suppliers, OEMs and distributors.
• Identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, coordinate with Finance on payments and invoices, and help prepare reports, budgets and procurement plans.
