Strategy & Transformation Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

The Strategy & Transformation Consultant joins Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team to help global clients solve strategic, tactical, operational and transformational challenges. You will work across a variety of industries, leveraging data and technology solutions to create value for regional and global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas, and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Work with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations, and deliver recommendations.
• Independently identify issues, structure analysis, and synthesize insights to highlight relevant findings.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with both internal and client teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Proactive attitude in identifying problems and proposing solutions.
