Managing Consultant – Deploy Services

About the role

As a Managing Consultant in the Deploy practice, you will partner with Mastercard clients to deliver new products, implement complex technology assets and drive large‑scale transformation programs. The role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery, governance and measurable value realization throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic client objectives.
• Own governance, execution planning and delivery tracking for complex initiatives.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations and ensure timely decision‑making.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimise impact on timelines and outcomes.
• Translate delivery into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact.
• Contribute to business development by spotting expansion opportunities and supporting proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑workstream programs or engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Track record of delivering measurable business value and sustaining impact.
• Business development mindset to identify and grow client engagements.
