Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Deploy)

About the role

The Managing Consultant for Advisors & Consulting Services (Deploy) will partner with Mastercard clients to deliver new products, implement complex technology solutions and drive large‑scale transformation programs. This client‑facing role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery, governance and measurable value realization across the full lifecycle of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning with client strategic objectives.
• Establish and own governance structures, execution plans and delivery tracking for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders, manage escalations and ensure timely decision‑making.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Translate delivery outcomes into measurable business impact and sustainable value.
• Support business development by spotting expansion opportunities and contributing to proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale programs or multiple engagements independently.
• Strong ability to define team structures, governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated expertise in program management, change management and transformation delivery.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to influence client decisions.
