About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Performance Analytics. You will work with a diverse global client base, turning data into actionable insights that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams across multiple industries and problem statements.
• Develop and contribute to analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients.
• Maintain and grow working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profitability.
• Review analytics end‑products to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Proactively acquire new knowledge and structure project work to capture intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Experience delivering analytics projects for large, regional, or global clients.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of managing relationships.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and narratives.
