Senior Business Development Executive

About the role
Amoda is looking for a driven Senior Business Development professional to generate and convert qualified opportunities into revenue. The role builds pipeline, engages prospects and moves deals through the early to mid sales stages, and suits someone who is proactive, target-oriented and ready to own a full cycle of sales. Existing networks or client bases in target segments may bring additional incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound prospecting to build a consistent pipeline
- Qualify leads and run discovery calls to identify client needs
- Present Amoda's solutions clearly to prospective clients
- Drive follow-ups so opportunities progress across sales stages
- Support proposal discussions and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking and next steps
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development
- Proven track record in B2B sales/business development
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders
- Target-driven and comfortable in a high-performance environment
