About the role
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a talented individual for its Next Talent Actuary program. The position is based in Jakarta, with the possibility of assignments across Indonesia.
Key responsibilities
- Strong education background: minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.25 GPA in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative fields from a reputable university.
- Remarkable personality: analytical thinking, initiative, business sense, optimism, reliability, teamwork and forward‑thinking attitude.
- Exceptional communication: fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken.
- Extensive organization experience: active involvement in organizations or committees with a passion for contributing.
- Readiness for challenges: willingness to take on global exposure and be assigned to any Zurich entity and location across Indonesia.
