Manager / Senior Associate – Assurance – Capital Markets Accounting Advisory

About the role

PwC’s Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services help clients navigate complex transactions by providing strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital‑markets topics. The role involves advising on both public and private deals, supporting IPO preparation, bond offerings and other transformational business events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting and capital‑markets transactions.
• Advise clients on complex accounting advisory issues related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while managing project teams.
• Interpret and apply IFRS and US GAAP standards, conduct accounting research and produce detailed reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience for Senior Associate or 5‑7 years for Manager.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with IPOs, bond offerings and knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP is an asset.
