Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

About the role

Join Nium’s Compliance Team in Jakarta, where you will help ensure accurate regulatory reporting and maintain high standards of integrity within Indonesia’s payments ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators to support the company’s global real‑time payment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reports to relevant authorities on schedule.
• Gather, analyze and validate data from multiple sources, performing reconciliations and correcting discrepancies.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams to ensure seamless reporting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and providing required information.
• Identify and implement process optimisation and automation opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance data extraction and reporting systems.
• Maintain organized, secure records of reports, supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Monitor changes in PSP regulations, adjust processes proactively, and support the Compliance Officer in policy updates and training delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience with Bank Indonesia regulations, payment‑system compliance, KYB/onboarding controls and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Experience using reporting software.
