About the role
Join a dynamic team at Bussan Auto Finance that drives growth and innovation in the heavy‑machinery and industrial‑equipment sector. As Marketing Head for MSME, you will lead marketing initiatives across several Indonesian cities, focusing on fleet sales and dealer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse prospective corporate and business clients to identify market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distribution partners.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that support booking and sales targets.
- Lead marketing activities for fleet sales, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimise go‑to‑market plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in B2B or B2B2C collaboration.
- Strong communication abilities and solid computer proficiency.
