Category Development Marketing Manager – Scouring

About the role

3M is seeking a Category Development Marketing professional to lead growth of the Scouring portfolio across Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. You will translate portfolio strategies into actionable plans and drive new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead category growth and consumer insight initiatives, accountable for sales, margin and market share targets.
• Adapt portfolio strategy and marketing plans for each country, manage product lifecycle, pricing and launch campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including consumer experience, regulatory affairs and packaging, to ensure product availability.
• Analyze syndicated data to identify growth opportunities and manage local activation budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management or category development.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, campaign management and pricing strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
