Human Resource Development (HRD) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Development (HRD) Specialist to manage end‑to‑end HR processes and support the overall growth of our workforce. The role combines recruitment, training, payroll, performance management and general affairs responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, monitor progress and resolve related issues.
• Oversee training programs, BPJS administration, payroll processing and performance management.
• Maintain and update HRIS and CRM applications.
• Update company policies and procedures in line with current labor regulations.
• Manage general affairs including building maintenance, transportation, assets and legal documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management (Human Resources).
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows such as recruitment, training, BPJS, payroll, performance management and WLA.
• Good knowledge of HR policies based on Indonesian labor law.
• Proficient in data handling, reporting and presentation.
• Experience with CRM and HRIS tools.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• English proficiency and residence in West Jakarta are preferred.
