HR Generalist

About the role

DVI Solutions, a provider of audio-visual setups active since 2002, is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join its Jakarta team. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, HRIS/HRMS activities and general affairs support, working closely with employees, managers, Finance, IT, regional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR and employee administration, from onboarding to offboarding, including attendance, leave, records, contracts and payroll coordination with Finance and external providers
• Administer BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance and other benefits
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and orientation, and offboarding procedures
• Support compliance with Indonesian employment regulations and company policies
• Manage general affairs and office operations, including supplies, facilities, equipment, vendor coordination, access cards and parking, and company asset records
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS/HRMS, coordinate recruitment administration and system access with IT, and support HR reporting and projects

Required profile

• 1-3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, preferably covering end-to-end HR operations
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and practical HR operations
• Experience with BPJS, payroll administration and employee benefits; general affairs experience is preferred
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and good working English
