Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

Zurich Asuransi Indonesia is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translate business strategies into effective HR programs, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people‑related matters.
• Translate business strategies into HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and off‑boarding.
• Provide guidance on employee and industrial relations matters.
• Drive implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes.
• Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational design initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws.
• Experience in problem diagnosis, change management, human capital planning, and employee relations.
• Facilitation skills and basic business acumen covering operational processes, financial management and business planning.
• Strong ability to partner and build credibility at all levels, with excellent problem‑solving skills.
