About the role
The HR Staff ensures that driver, helper, and other staff requirements are met in quantity and quality according to operational quotas. The role involves overseeing attendance, coordinating appraisals, recruitment, training, and infrastructure maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure driver, helper, and staff needs are fulfilled per operational quotas.
- Supervise attendance tracking and coordinate driver/appraisal processes.
- Conduct recruitment and training activities.
- Oversee maintenance and optimal use of pool infrastructure.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
- Team player with strong initiative.
