Financial Monitoring Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Monitoring Specialist to oversee customer activity, verify transactions and ensure the accuracy of internal financial processes. You will work closely with support services and other departments to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse daily customer activity and internal financial processes.
- Co‑operate with support services to resolve issues promptly.
- Check payments for accuracy and verify user information.
- Prepare regular reports on monitoring activities and outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting or related fields.
- Understanding of payment system principles and basic bank operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data sets.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
