About the role

Join Marsh's Consulting team in Jakarta as a Compensation Consulting Intern. This hybrid position offers hands‑on experience supporting consultants on client projects while developing your analytical and Excel modeling skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consultants with administrative and data‑related tasks.
• Analyze client data using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ensure market data accuracy and make revisions to meet client specifications.
• Conduct data crunching and market research to support consulting engagements.
• Extract insights and contribute to PowerPoint presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to draft summaries and insights from data.
• Comfort working under direct supervision and collaborating with colleagues.
