About the role

This role handles the underwriting function for Employee Benefits products, including Group Health and Group Personal Accident insurance, ensuring profitable portfolio growth and providing strategic underwriting guidance.

Key responsibilities

Ensure profitable portfolio growth for employee benefits products.
Provide strategic underwriting guidance to internal teams and clients.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including intermediaries and direct clients.
Deliver effective solutions to clients and intermediaries.

Required profile

Proven experience in Group Health and Group Personal Accident pricing/underwriting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
In‑depth knowledge of Employee Benefits product design and development.
Ability to serve as a trusted consultant and advisor to clients.

Required skills

Strong negotiation skills when dealing with intermediaries and direct clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in managing pooling and captive arrangements.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
