Customer Service Officer – Front End (Jakarta)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer (Front End) will manage the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) interface with customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers are kept informed. Based in Jakarta, the role contributes to the overall performance of the Customer Order Management function.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full Customer Order Management process, monitor order status and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Communicate proactively with customers about product availability, order status and delivery tracking.
• Support credit management, billing and accounts‑receivable follow‑up.
• Handle customer complaints via the NCM system, ensuring timely investigation and closure.
• Capture customer feedback and relay requirements to business units.
• Provide regular order‑status reports and monitor order placement trends.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, cost‑reduction initiatives and cross‑functional collaborations.
• Maintain knowledge of import/export procedures and support related processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of the SAP OTC process; experience with import/export is a plus.
• Strong service‑excellence mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
