About the role
The Insurance Specialist (BSD) supports Zurich Asuransi Indonesia by handling policy administration, claims processing, and customer service while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer insurance policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Process claims and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal procedures.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in insurance operations.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and claims processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
