Field Officer – Serang City

About the role

The Field Officer for Kota Serang will support the Global Health Security (GHS) initiative by coordinating planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities in Banten province. Working closely with the Provincial Coordinator and national technical team, the officer will ensure integrated delivery of disease surveillance, laboratory, risk communication, and emergency management components.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in activity planning with provincial and national teams to achieve project targets.
• Coordinate technical activities across surveillance, laboratory, RCCE, and health emergency management pillars with local health authorities and sub‑award partners.
• Facilitate regular engagement with district health offices, public health laboratories, and community‑based surveillance partners.
• Support the development of contingency plans and monitor implementation progress.
• Provide timely reporting and documentation of field activities to the Provincial Coordinator and national team.
