Sponsorship in Programming Coordinator

About the role

The Sponsorship in Programming (SIP) Coordinator ensures the integration of child and community sponsorship programs at the cluster level for World Vision Indonesia. This role works closely with national and zonal offices, area programs, and partner organisations to align sponsorship activities with organisational standards and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration of Child Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship essentials across the cluster.
• Collaborate with the National Office, Zonal Office, Area Programs and partners to ensure compliance with sponsorship requirements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional data triangulation and use sponsorship data to inform programmatic decisions.
• Develop compelling, integrated sponsorship stories that combine authentic child perspectives with evidence of impact.
• Support sponsor engagement by linking sponsorship activities with child participation, life‑skills development, advocacy and community‑led protection initiatives.
• Report to the Sponsorship in Programming Lead and support implementation of global sponsorship standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme coordination or integration within a humanitarian or non‑profit context.
• Strong facilitation, coordination and influencing abilities.
• Understanding of child sponsorship models and community‑based protection initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
