Operations Monitoring Officer

About the role

The Operations Monitoring Officer will support the full lifecycle of testing and inspection jobs for PT AHK Testing Indonesia, from receipt through field operations to final loading or discharge. The role requires accurate documentation, regular client reporting and close coordination with internal departments while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain all necessary information and documentation for each job.
• Monitor job progress from receipt through field activities until loading/discharging is completed.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients, highlighting findings and potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate communication between clients, field teams and other internal departments.

Required profile

• Exceptional administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of government regulations, especially LHV and LS documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tools.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities are also welcome.
• High school or vocational education in administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of export or import regulations for coal and minerals.
