Facility Engineer – General Facilities Repair & Maintenance

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Facility Engineer to join its Facilities & Administration team in Indonesia. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of the site’s facilities through hands‑on repair, inspection and maintenance activities while adhering to strict safety and GxP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to verify equipment functionality and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all tasks performed.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient facility operations.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GxP regulations to ensure safety and quality.
• Complete required training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
