Training Executive - Retail Training & Digital Learning

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of LVMH, is hiring a Training Executive in Jakarta to support the Local Market Training Team, reporting to the Local Market Training Manager. The role covers digital learning on the MyDior and SkillsUp apps, classroom training focused on Client Development, and administrative and logistical support for the training manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and localize digital learning modules, training capsules, tutorials and product updates for MyDior and SkillsUp, and plan a local learning calendar
• Manage gamification elements (challenges, quizzes, leaderboards), monitor app analytics and user feedback, and run push notifications and incentive programs
• Facilitate classroom training on Client Development and partner with retail teams to turn training into client-facing behaviour
• Integrate the apps and classroom modules into onboarding and continuous education, train store teams on their use, and report performance metrics by store
• Support uniform management (stock forecasting, ordering, distribution), training room setup and logistics, and grooming items and gifts for Dior Ambassadors
• Help plan and run employee engagement and welfare events such as teambuilding, Christmas parties and kick-offs

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail training, classroom facilitation, instructional design or digital learning, preferably in luxury retail, beauty or fashion
• Understanding of retail operations and the luxury beauty advisor mindset
• Excellent communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating retail teams
• Proficiency in the local market language(s) and English

Required skills

• Managing mobile learning management systems (LMS) and gamified learning platforms, or creating digital content
• Project management, public speaking and organizational skills
• Data-driven approach: tracking app analytics, KPIs and operational forecasting
